Keynell Covert Patient Survey Results Published
The Patient Representative Group at Keynell Covert Surgery was established in 2011 to understand the views of patients on the services that the practice offers. The Group reviews all matters of importance that affect patients and meets periodically to discuss any improvements.
We have now published the results of the 2014/2015 report and are pleased that with the Group’s feedback, we have been able to make some positive changes within the practice.
